Malaysian Ringgit Up-Or Down?

For the first time since 1997, it costs less than 3 Malaysian ringgits to buy a U.S. dollar. But like in the case of the Chinese yuan, this gain reflects U.S. dollar weakness to a much higher extent than ringgit strength.
